I think in wholes, notice misalignment before I can articulate it, and connect what others keep separate: teams, organizations, systems, ideas. That's how I'm wired — and it's the reason I can see what's breaking before it becomes a crisis.
The people who find me most useful tend to be the ones who've felt like their situation is more complex than their current support can hold. People whose books don't reflect their reality, or whose partnerships have outgrown the agreements they started with, or who just need someone to hold the whole picture while they figure out what to do next.
I bring honesty and genuine care for the humans inside every system I touch. That's not a soft add-on. It's the orientation that makes the work worth doing.
